BP BUILDERS LTD

We have had a number of bits of work done to our house since moving here about 17 years ago, not all of it had a good outcome so when we wanted our kitchen and study remodeled we were quite apprehensive about builders.
BP builders were highly recommended to us by someone we trust and unlike some other builders Barry returned my call promptly and arranged to visit. From the moment we met Barry we had confidence in him.
It was so comforting to meet someone who told us the truth about what was and wasn't possible and what was really going to be a waste of money (we wanted a window in the roof made bigger, we were advised it could be done but the cost was going to be high in proportion to the amount of extra light it would bring in)
Barry and his team provided a wealth of practical advice about many aspects of our build from what we could buy off peg and where to personally designing and making our beautiful bespoke bookshelves and seating.
We probably were not the easiest of clients as we made a few changes along the way which did cause a slight delay to their schedules but the BP team never made us feel awkward about it. The whole team were polite, professional, friendly and hard working. We were regularly asked if we were happy with the work. Every evening any mess was cleaned up before going home and everyone was mindful of what was left around during the day that maybe unsafe for our two dogs. What we really appreciated and had never experienced before was the regular visits, calls and messages from Barry or Steve to tell us what was happening or who would be here and when.
In summary we are more than happy with our lovely new kitchen and dining area and will have no doubts at all about using BP builders again or recommending them. In fact we wouldn't use anyone else now, the wait for BP builders if they are busy is 100% worth it.
